Dancing Pal ("the App") is a local entertainment app that uses your device's front camera to detect body movement and drive a 3D character in real time. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the App uses and how it is handled.

Information We Collect

Dancing Pal does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to us. The App does not include analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking in its current version.

Camera Access

The App requests access to your front camera so it can detect body pose and mirror your movement onto a 3D character. Camera input is used only for real-time motion capture during use of the App.

• Processing happens locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's on-device frameworks.
• We do not record or save your camera video to our servers.
• We do not use camera data for advertising or profiling.

Data Storage

Any app settings and character selections remain on your device. Music and 3D character assets included in the App are bundled locally. The App does not sync your activity to a cloud account.

Third-Party Services

The current version of Dancing Pal does not integrate third-party analytics, login providers, or social networks. If this changes in a future update, this policy will be updated before release.

Children's Privacy

Dancing Pal is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your Choices

You can deny or revoke camera permission at any time in Settings → Dancing Pal → Camera. Without camera access, core dance features will not work, but other parts of the App may still be viewable.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
